Requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while also focusing on improving customer retention.
