Our client seeks an Estate Manager to manage the estate, grounds and clubhouse on behalf of the Association. The ideal candidate would be someone with a strong operational outlook, an appreciation for good record keeping and ability to supervise a workforce of gardening staff.

Requirements
- Managing the accounts for the Association
- Ensuring that Association meets all its statutory obligations timely
- Collecting annual levies from homeowners
- Ensuring the estates are properly maintained. This task may require engaging experts to execute specialised works from time to time
- Attending to queries and requests from homeowners and visitors
- Communicating and cooperating with the security company engaged at the estate
- Preparing and submitting monthly operations reports to the Operations Subcommittee.
- Reporting and communicating to the Operations Committee on a regular basis - any queries/requests which may then, if necessary, be escalated to the Executive Committee for information, approval and/or guidance
- Communicating to homeowners on various matters when requested by the EC, the Operations Committee or as may be deemed necessary by the manager.
- Managing and maintaining the water supply system for the estate
- Maintaining the office vehicle
- Executing any other tasks as the Executive and/or Operations Committee may instruct.
- Reconcile and deposit gate takings
- Ordering of stock and stock control of the Clubhouse
Salary
Between 12,000 and 14,000 ZMK (ZMW)
