Serves as the liaison person between customers and the business. The Account Manager is responsible for addressing customers' needs and concerns as well as developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients.

Requirements

Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts through understanding of clients’ business value chain
Recommends new products or current product upgrade through a firm understanding of clients’ business needs.
Ensures the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Retains recurrent monthly revenue and increases business revenue and profitability.
Negotiates contracts and closes agreements to maximize profits
Develops new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
Answers client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
Forecasts and tracks key account metrics (e.g., monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepares reports on each clients’ account status
Collaborates with the business development managers to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory
Operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients’ accounts
Liaises with cross-functional internal teams (including technical and finance) to improve the entire customer experience.

Salary

At most 12,000 ZMK (ZMW)
