Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance team and drive financial strategy, planning, and execution. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial risk management.

Requirements

Develop and execute financial strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead the finance team in preparing timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure effective resource allocation and financial planning.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance and minimize risk.
Assess and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
