Our client in the manufacturing industry seeks to hire an Internal Auditor to add value and improve their operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of Business transactions, Stock management, and operational contracts. The successful candidate should possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgment

Education Level	Degree
Qualifications	Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or General Management
Software	Microsoft Office, Accounting and Auditing Software
Knowledge Of	Management information systems terminology, concepts, and practices, including but not limited to applicable reporting, disclosure, financial reporting and accounting principles and practices
Skills To	Analytical, accounting and excellent communication skills both written and oral to maintain professional relationships with the clients as well as with the internal staff members
Ability To	Meet compliance requirements and identify potential risks, advise management on the best course of action

Requirements

Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure the quality and efficacy of hair care products
The role champions, trains & develops the salon technical/training of Hair dressers & Salon merchandiser’s sales team training & development
Product Testing and Quality assurance
Calendar of training programme defined and budgeted in the financial year across assigned region
Adequately prepare own Educational materials, tools and presentations for Promotional work. I.e. Shows, demos, seminars, exhibitions.
Execute workshops, promotional and publicity programs and demos that encourage stylists’ hands on experience in assigned markets
Drive the sales of all Hair care products in the target channels in the assigned markets
Continuously suggest product improvement on the basis of market assessment and trends.
Handle Complaints and enquires of a technical nature.
To advise customers on new products, new developments, prices, advertising and communication of the hair care brands
Better co-ordination and effecting of product knowledge and benefits to influential end-users.
Recruit and maintain potential clients for Hair care brands
Contribute to Overall Business growth.
Takes lead in compliance and internal controls
completes audit findings and reports
Develop audit objectives plan and scope
Present accuracy in financial information
Generate non biased audit findings to management
Able to analyze financial data
Able to handle forensic audits and engage law and regulatory agencies
Interpret business transactions and stock movements
