Our client a reputable aviation organization is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Director who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes within an organization.

Experience	10 Years
Education Level	Degree
Qualifications	Human Resource, Public Administration or degree in relevant business qualification with post qualification in Human Resource
Software	Ms Office
Knowledge Of	Human resource polcies and practices
Skills To	Exceptional communication and relationship skills,leadership,managerial and strategic thinking skills
Ability To	Multi-task
Other Requirements	MBA Post qualification will be an added advantage

Requirements

Develop and implement human resource performance improvement programs to assist staff to adapt to new requirements and skills development programs that are in place in order to achieve high levels of performance.
Organisational and divisional Human Resource Planning and budget preparation.
Establish and maintain effective human resource information systems for effective monitoring of organisational staffing levels and effective management of staff personnel records.
Provide efficient and effective industrial relations services to promote a conducive industrial climate in the company by putting in place effective staff communication systems between management, staff and the union.
Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures in line with the current legislations, procedures and practices and ensure adherence by all functional areas of the company.
Provide an effective and conducive staff welfare environment by sensitizing all employees on general wellness and the relevant medical scheme administration programs and other benefits.
Provide management and the board accurate, regular, monthly and quarterly human resource reports on human resource matters concerning developments and changes taking place in the company.
