Question for Multichoice Zambia Ltd DStv Zambia

I've been with dstv for more than 10 years, on January 24, some one called me from your office on ********,that if I paid a k340.before January 31,I was going to watch dstv for 3 months, which I did but to my surprise my account was disconnected 2 days ago
I need a clear explanation please.
