Review Poor customer service from the manager at total head office store

The cashier was delightful and offered a free whiz sachet to each of the kids I was with only for the manager to recind the gift and made my kids and I look like fools on a gifting we were not even asking for and it's not good for childeren. Pathetic and stingy on items I could afford to buy on my own...shame.
