Review of Top Shop

I bought from top shop online and I was sent the order number and it's been a week and I was never sent the track number, I have sent countless of email and they don't respond or acknowledge your messages, I'm in South Africa and I wonder wether I have been scammed or not, I have paid a lot of money for the items I bouhgt
