Question for Zambia Italian Orthopaedic Hospital

The x-ray shows space in between the joint around my colleague's ankle! Can this condition be rectified because when the leg muscles contract and relax there is unbearable pain. If it can be repaired, how much will it cost if you are not registred under NHIMA?
