Question for Zanaco

I did a withdraw of k1600 by an ATM...then I tried to withdraw a k2000...the ATM machine didn't produce the money but there was insufficient fund...so I waited for a reversal only to find that only k1122 was reversed...where did the rest of my money go..please help
