How long does it take for claims payments my claim K3,900.00 has taken 3 years. Is Zisc serious?

Please i could not read your feed back.My Policy # is ******** it is a claim and its taken long to pay me.
All calculations are done amount of K 3,900.00.please when are you paying me its too much and i am fade up of your fake promises.please do not send locked emails send open ones.my NRC is ********/64/1
