Question for Izwe Loans Zambia Limited

My loan is ending in May, 2020, but you have closed your outlets in provinces like Mansa. So, in the event that you continue deducting even when the loan has finished, where are we going to be getting our refunds from? I have asked so because Mansa is far away from Lusaka.
