Question for Cheshire Homes

I wanted to find out if you could offer help to a 16 year old mentally unstable child who has epilepsy. kindly note that the child is from an under privileged home (the mum and dad are garden boy and house help respectively). Furthermore, the child was recently burnt and sustained wounds 3 quarters of his body.
