Duties

• Create and maintain menus that satisfy guests ;
• Manage food costs ;
• Uphold menu standards ;
• Control inventory ;
• Assist in menu planning and pricing ;
• Oversee the management of staff ;
• Ensure health and safety rules and regulations are met.

• Bachelor degree ;
• 7 years’ experience in F&B operations ;
• Excellent communicator ;
• Strong interpersonal skills ;
• Excellent Organizational skills.
