As a Legal Manager, you will:

• Ensure the execution of matters comply with internal policies and procedures ;
• Modify and implement the organization’s legal compliance policies ;
• Implement smarter working initiatives ;
• Defense the company’s trademarks and copyrights ;
• Represent the company in negotiations with third parties ;
• Set the priorities, policy and direction of the team ;
• Review commercial terms and conditions ;
• Undertake legal research ;
• Provide legal advice to executive management ;
• Advise on documentations.

• Qualified lawyer ;
• Minimum 3 years' experience in legal services and management  ;
• Management experience ;
• Proficient in MS office ;
• Strong communication skills.
