We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Golden Villa Management As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and solutions by analysing, interpreting, and presenting data to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements for projects and initiatives.

Data Analysis:

• Utilise data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business improvement.

Process Improvement:

• Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business objectives and project deliverables.

Quality Assurance:

• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements, conducting testing and validation as needed.

Project Management:

• Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and reporting on key milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience 3-5 yrs as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying and solving business problems with innovative and practical solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and analysis.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Tools Proficiency: Experience with business analysis tools, project management software, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Tableau).
