Qualifications.

• Diploma and above.
• Mechanical, Electrical, chemical and engineering Majors are preferred.
• Graduated within two years.
• Work experience in factory is preferred.
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with various office software.
• Strong learner, good communication and execution skills. Hard-working, pragmatic and willing to work.
• Lusaka applicants preferred.

Skills

• Educational qualifications: Usually, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, depending on the industry.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to grasp new concepts quickly to gain an understanding of the company’s operations and procedures.
• Good communication skills to express ideas clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal forms, and interact efficiently with team members and seniors.
• Strong analytical skills for problem solving and decision making, as well as for understanding and implementing training material.
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team, and to build professional relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
• Time management skills to efficiently manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Initiative and self-motivation to take on responsibilities and challenges, and to continually seek to improve skills and knowledge

Graduate Trainees are often given the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real-world situations, helping them hone their technical skills and gain practical experience.

They are expected to learn company procedures, protocols, and market trends.

They may also be expected to come up with innovative ideas to improve business operations.
