Lead Community Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Community Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing their Customer Success plan, engaging with our users, and fostering a sense of community within our client's platform. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure our users have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Retention and Customer Success plan developed by the Team Lead
  • Handle and resolve community-related concerns, acting as a liaison between the company and its users.
  • Engage with our client's community across various channels, including our messaging platform, and social media
  • Address user feedback, feature requests, and support issues, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution
  • Create and manage community events, such as Twitter Spaces, webinars, and networking sessions
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and distribute relevant content for each user persona
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content across all communication channels.
  • Monitor and analyse key community engagement metrics and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key community members, including Web3 startup founders and partners
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in community management and marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Required profile for job ad : Lead Community Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry
  • Strong understanding of customer success and user retention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with messaging platforms like Discord or Slack
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for the Web3 ecosystem and a deep understanding of its trends and developments
