Barclays Bank Zambia

Called this number ******** and the O for customer sercice. I was unable to transfer funds from a non barclays account into a Barclays account. I had initially called the other bank the checked my account and said it must be the other account mine was ok. THIS BARCLAYS CUSTOMER MAN HAD NO INTERST IN MY CALL. He could not even ask what message i was getting on my phnone when I tried to do the mobile transfer. He kept saying you are not the owner of the barclays account and he wouldnt help. Very disappointed. This is not the Barclays I lknew growing up. No wonder other banks like FNB have taken over their customers. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
