You are a good firm because you always give me what I want from you,but if you are not careful how you handle issues with your client then you will lose a lot of customers(Mufulira and Kitwe ),due stubbornness in most of your employees at Mufulira and Kitwe,look we are human and we make a lot of mistakes but not the way issues are been handled in Muf.I got a loan at Stanbic Bank and they gave me a cheque to buy off the loan which I have with you and then I realize that it's better to continue paying my loan with your firm through monthly deduction since it only a year remaining and continue saving with your firm but the guys at MUF. they want me to pay off the loan and definitely I will close that account because they will be nothing which is hooking me to stay,advice them to be flexible because other banks will steal all your clients
