The burger and fries where cold. The buns where ancient..to make matters worse there was a strand of hair or Fibre in the mix..so grossed out!! The manager just sat there and ignored the whole thing. So disappointed!!
Sad part I didn't take a photo.. Had I know they would behave so unprofessionally I would have!

Honestly the worst meal and even worse service I've had in Livingstone!
This is the first review I've ever written on a place and needless to say- it's terrible.
I entered steers in Fallspark, Livingstone and found the place dark, dingy and dirty with music playing so loudly I had to practically scream. Across from me stood the teller who had her side to me, talking to someone in the cooking section.
After waiting about a minute i said "excuse me", only to be ignored. I looked over to the guy standing next to me, who shrugged. I waited about another minute before she turned around and raised her eyebrows at me in a "what?!" manner. After the few moments it took to compose myself I ordered an on the go meal and an ice cream cone, which she was writing down on a piece of paper... I can only assume the computer was out of order.
I was told that the ice cream would only be ready in 20min- this was at about 11.00 in the morning might I add. So I opted to skip that. I went to wait in my car. 30min passed and I go in to collect. SHE HASN'T EVEN PLACED THE ORDER! At this moment a little girl walks in with her two piece chicken and complains that it's under cooked- it was totally pink inside.
Steers you seriously need to pick up your socks and train your staff accordingly.
