The good reviews and fancy pictures on the web site seem to depict the company at its former glory. It seems to be a dying company that is unable to deliver reliable water storage and irrigation installation. We have been contacting them for 3 weeks now but they seem to be dodging our Querries. Which is ironic since they allegedly offer a 1 year warranty despite not showing up or replying to problems regarding the installation. We shouldn't be surprised as getting them to start and complete the installation was an uphill battle. After the installation which I looks quite unattractive and incomplete, we have been plagued with one problem after another. If anyone needs a pump and water storage tank installation they can count on with effective warranty and customer support they can count on, this is not the company to use. Once they get payment you will be lucky to get any quality service from them, for the sake of having a functional system we are looking to pay another company to redo the installation.

You will be hard pressed to find a less professional and more unreliable company. You will spend most of your time trying to get them to start and complete the works. The customer service is non existent, it may be best to purchase the equipment from this company but for the sake to time and competence find someone else to carry out the installation. I am looking for another company to repair the pump and reinstall the piping to the tank after having no water 3 days after they completed the installatin and they got full payment. I only get promises of service but no one has turned up to fix the problem and the finished product looks untidy. Great disappointment.
