Don't bother with this place, it's a disgrace to the otherwise exemplary Dulux brand name. On the several visits we have made to this place it is obvious that the staff have no desire whatsoever to serve a customer. They are rude, dismissive and completely useless. Go to Micmar or Builders Warehouse where you will be treated with respect and actually get what you want.

I'm afraid that your staff at the Centro Mall outlet (if they are even there) are, to say the least, not customer orientated. Admittedly I don't buy industrial quantities, but I am a regular visitor as it is in a location very convenient for me. Have had incorrect colour mix. Today they recommended that I try Builders or Game. Comes to a point where you just don't bother.
