Poor services
Parcels nolonger in safe hands,lost a parcel i send on the 13th of may utpo date receiver didnt get anything,i paid duty for lost goods and the current rate compared to the rate i insured its totally a loss....no happy with the service at all

Waited 2 days for quote after request at branch.The lady was clueless. went back to the branch to get price and pay for collection, K1570.00. I'm still waiting for my delivery having expressed from the beginning my urgency.

Kanoyuma please is there any how you can help me...there is this man selling tv in china,but Am not seeing any transparent in his selling.so I told him to go to DHL offices and weigh the tv then I pay through DHL office here then him get the money that side...i always receive things DHL because of safe and quick delivery
