What's the payment plan for title deeds? What are the requirements for getting a title deed for a house which was bought under indeco estates? What are the working days for national housing authority kafue branch because I have hardly met any officer it's been two weeks now of them not operating in kafue

I am writing to record my displeasure at the way National Housing Authority has handled my transaction. My husband and I bought House No. 30, along Leopards Hill Road in Nyumba Yanga. National Housing Authority acknowledged receipt of full and final payment on 10th May 2013 and since then I have been waiting for the house to be handed over to me. It has now been over three months and nothing has been done to finish the house in order for it to be handed over. I have made many follow ups and have been given all sorts of excuses, one of which being that NHA cannot write a requisition to buy paint for only one house. I wish to find out how long will it take for NHA to hand over the house to us? One month was going to be an acceptable waiting period but not over three months. NHA is costing me money as I am loosing income because the house remains unoccupied even though I completed payment for it 3 months ago. I demand that NHA complete all works on this house and hand it over to me first week of September failing which I shall be forced to take necessary action
