Kalomo High School is a co-education school which trains boys and girls for the whole range of senior school programme leading to school certificate. It is a Grade One School. Kalomo High School (Secondary School) was opened on 2nd February, 1966. The school started with 140 pupils (all boys). Girls were taken on later in January, 1967. The school was a small Grade Four School.
The School is situated on stand number 171 along Livingstone road on 39.6 Hectares of land in Kalomo Township. It is a few minutes walk from town. It has a population of over 2000 pupils Open Learning (APU) pupils inclusive!
