To report to the Managing Director in matters relating to the workplace.
To work hand in hand with other departments of the bakery making sure that all all proceeds go as intended.
Filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of the office.

To ensure that all safety rules and procedures are adhered by all on site.
To prepare site for drilling and blasting operations.
To budget and prepare for site.ie human resources and site materials.
To file in report of all site works upon completion of works.

To provide counsel to the incoming students after they have met the requirements to study at the UNIVERSITY.
To provide first hand information to students and parents/guardians about the life abroad.
To sensitize the students on the DO's and Donts". Preventing them from getting into trouble ignorantly.
To facilitate the movement from Zambia to India and report to my suppervisor upon arrival.
