Accounts Assistant

Duties and responsibilities include,
• Receipts of cash payments,
• Receipts of deposit slips as proof of payment,
• Raising of payment vouchers,
• Receipt of documentation to support the payment vouchers that have been raised.
• Filing and proper documentation of all transactions processed for future reference,
• Preparation of employee salaries and other related information such as NAPSA contributions,
• Ensuring that every payment made is supported by an accompanying document for audit purposes,
• Ensuring that every expense made is for the purpose it was intended for and has a proper document to support it,
• Carry out any other task delegated by the board.

Duties and responsibilities included,
 Verification of members registered on the scheme,
 Registration of senior citizens as members on the scheme,
 Registration of the general public on the scheme, these included transport officers, domestic workers, farm workers, students etc.
 Preparation of claim forms for clients to be attended to at the facility,
 Preparation of claim forms for the facility for payment by the Authority.
 Sensitization about the benefits of being registered on the scheme to the community,
 Preparation of daily as well as monthly reports at the facility to be sent to the Authority for verification.

Duties and responsibilities included,
 Re fuelling of all fleet vehicles,
 Receiving of fuel from assigned transporters,
 Expensing of all fuel issues in the system on a daily basis,
 Daily stock take of fuel to ascertain the opening as well as closing balances.

Duties and responsibilities included,
 Collating all daily orders from customers,
 Preparing daily invoices for each customer,
 Preparing and scheduling daily sales,
 Invoicing all customers as per requirement,
 Confirming all goods dispatched as well as damages returned,
 Performing other duties as requested by the sales and distributions manager.
