I am seriously disgusted by the behaviour of Shalom bus service. The staff portrays a very unprofessional conduct and very insensitive. The bus that left JHB was mechanically not fit and still proceeded . It was scheduled to leave at 8am on Friday morning and up to now has not reached Zambia. Worse off, passengers had to sleep on the bus and just this morning it was hit by a truck. Fortunately by God's grace, the passengers had alighted. It could have been worse. What's annoying is that there is no communication with the passengers and an alternative bus not being sought to ensure they are not inconvenienced. Passengers are hungry, tired and exhausted but to them this is not a matter of urgency.
Please good people, do not ever consider their transport, it is so unreliable!!!
How does it take 3 days to get to Zambia from JHB???

Hello shalom bus service I have complained about your workers Emmanuel and Simon and Lusaka the ripped of my sister money 45$ she was traveling to South Africa via Zimbabwe then Emmanuel instructe Simon to get 70$from my sister for her transport from zambian to Harare plus 40$ for stamping her passport the the only give to the zimb driver 100k plus 20$ to Lusaka up to thirundu border post am claiming 45$ back

Thieving Staff
I am not one who takes pride in tarnishing someone's business that took years to build. However I will be failing in my duties to inform others how Shalom employees steal parcels when clients use their courier services. My parcel has not been released despite the courier fee having been paid in advance. I have made several phone calls to their management but to no avail. Trips to Inter City Station have been futile.

Please stay away from Shalom Bus Services. Their employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no regard for clients and resort to unprintables when challenged. Forewarned is forearmed!!!
