ATTENDANCE TO EMERGENCY
My experience with Southern water Siavonga branch is been pathetic regarding attendance to emergency cases. A home can go several months without any solution to an emergency case despite daily contacts. Doesn't SWASCO have mandate to supply water 24/7? Check yourselves quickly.
