Duplicating tickets
Hi, Since we scaled up to a fully-fledged version of Freshdesk CRM, our tickets have been duplicating, is there a way to get help on this? when our CRM was installed, it was only meant for our 4 seater call center, but now we use it throughout our branch network, but since the upgrade the tickets began duplicating.
