Review Poor and rude customer service

Called the number listed on here to get an idea of how much it would cost to send machinery from Kitwe to Serenje on a lowbed, going by truecaller a Mr soyola Mwale answered the phone and was quick to saying we don't do that and have our own formal clients. Saying he would send me their email address to make an inquiry which never happened. Then was so quick to cut the phone during the conversation. Maybe he's the boss of the company and has made enough money so doesnt really care for new clients anymore. Very interesting business strategy nonetheless.
