Review TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The first time I used their services I bought a battery for a laptop, I didn't know at the time that loose batteries are among the unacceptable items on their list (something I regret not checking beforehand). The parcel was delivered to their UK hub quite alright, but It was not logged and I was not informed. After multiple inquires, with proof of delivery, they later mentioned that they don't transport loose batteries, and that was it. The parcel still in their hands.
