Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations within a country ;
- Provide market intelligence ;
- Produce a detailed annual business operating plan ;
- Recruit and manage staff ;
- Produce business performance reports ;
- Oversee the financial function of the business ;
- Coordinate the logistics operations ;
- Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant ;
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly performance reports ;
- Ensure that the business in-country affiliate adheres to other countries regulations.
Required profile for job ad : Country Manager
- Master’s degree, MBA or other relevant field ;
- 10 years’ or more experience in management in international business ;
- Ability to communicate effectively ;
- Strong communication and organizational skills ;
- Excellent negotiation skills ;
- Results driven ;
- Leadership skills ;
- Analytical and planning skills.
