The Deputy Shop Manager will play a pivotal role in assisting the Shop Manager in the efficient operation of a retail establishment. This position involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the store. The Deputy Shop Manager will support the Shop Manager in achieving sales targets, managing daily operations, and upholding the store's standards and policies.

Requirements
  • Support the Shop Manager in arranging activities including, sorting and pricing of donated and new goods, stock control, merchandising and window dressing.
  • Assist Shop Manager complete all paperwork related to the shop including banking and financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist in the delivery of customer care, ensuring the needs of the customer are adhered to at all times, ensuring customer complaints are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure the shop environment is clean and welcoming and trading hours are strictly adhered to
  • Create opportunities and introduce ideas and promotions to drive the shop forward in consultation with the Shop Manager
