In interest to expand their team, our client in the FMCG industry is looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join their busy finance team. Duties and responsibilities include but are not subject to:  Handling payments to suppliers Reconciling creditors, both local and foreign Taking part in stock takings  Ensure that Value Added Tax is accounted for properly Any other job assigned by management  Skills Good interpersonal skills  Good communication skills  Attention to detail Qualifications Full ACCA/CIMA/ZICA (Or Part Qualified) Full Membership of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and paid up  Verifiable experience in busy accounting function Ability to work under pressure especially during the audit and work extra hours if required Ability to use a computer and good knowledge of SAP accounting package is added advantage
