Where in the world? You can work remotely from the EU. We have a strong preference for someone based in the Netherlands or the UK to be closer to our EMEA sales teams.
Working hours? For this role, you will operate within the Central European Time

The Role
We are looking for a sales operations analyst who is eager to have an impact on the business.
As an essential part of our local go-to-market team, Sales Operations works with Sales and cross-functional leaders to enable MessageBird’s growth and business success. We design scalable organizational structures, drive process improvements, develop data-driven insights and decision-making, and operationalize solutions.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about driving change in a Sales Organization.
What you’ll do
- Prepare analyses for weekly, quarterly and annual business reviews, reviewing key performance indicators and goals.
- Work with Sales Leadership on the operating cadence of the business: Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Quota setting, and Funnel metrics.
- Develop dashboards to analyze trends in the business and communicate progress against targets.
- Examine the sales processes and find areas of optimization.
- Design and build data models and tools to improve the sales processes and operations, and develop operational efficiencies.

What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or an analytical field at a fast-paced B2B software company with operational experience increasing Forecast accuracy, optimizing the sales process, generating sales productivity, and leading deal reviews.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce
- Experience analyzing data (advanced Excel & SQL skills) and using reporting tools (knowledge of Looker is a plus) to communicate business insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization.
- Ability to document business processes, use cases, and business requirements; and then implement corresponding solutions in the systems.
- Nice to have: Lean six-sigma or similar certifications,
- Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g. CS, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics).
