We are hiring an Account Director to manage a portfolio of global accounts focused on the renewal and upsell of SMG’s solutions. As the Account Director, you will partner with the Client Success team to assess client needs, share SMG’s product and service solutions and sell through solutions that are designed to solve critical business problems. This role will be measured against key performance indicators including but not limited to GRR and bookings.
