Our client seeks a professional to provide support and knowledge of agronomic products to customers. Their main goal is to sell those products either to retail or wholesale outlets.

  • Sales & Marketing of Agricultural Inputs with the goal to achieve sales objectives /targets for the region.
  • Providing technical backup to Commercial farmers and Agricultural Institutions
  • Budget formulation and forecast for the region
  • General management of the region, that includes human resources, Sales strategy formulation, debtors, and stock management.
  • Evaluating and review of unit accounting parameters - costs, margins, ratios, with the sales team
  • Technical Support and training to the Agronomy team. (Internal capacity building)
  • Conducting product trials development and assessments of new molecules from suppliers.
  • Coordination of field days and training of farmers. (External capacity building)
  • Maintain industry awareness regarding technical developments via networking, personal development and trainings
