We're looking for an experienced (1+ year) local Team Leader who'll be in charge of setting up Zambian call center office.
Requirements
  • Proven 1+ years experience as a call center supervisor or similar leadership position in the betting industry.
  • Basic knowledge of the gaming industry and betting laws in Zambia.
  • Knowledge of call center technology and telephony platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Have experience in outgoing calls.
  • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Set up zambian call center office.
  • Participate in employee hiring, training, monitoring and mentoring. Prepare and deliver performance evaluations, improvement plans and all disciplinary actions as required.
  • Make outgoing calls.
Benefits

  • Core hours are Mon to Fri 9am-6pm, but must be flexible to cover times of global markets;
