A group of companies seeks to recruit a Human Resource Officer to be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function for their construction and projects segment. The main responsiblities of this role include effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR processes and procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

QualificationsDegree or Diploma in Human Resources from a recognized institute
SoftwareMS Office (Excel, Power point and word)
Knowledge OfEmployment Laws, Standard HR Policies & Procedures
Skills ToManage human resources functions and apply policies and procedures
Ability ToWork under pressure and efffectvely communicate in both written and verbal
Other RequirementsOrganised, good communication skills, high level of integrity and confidentality
Requirements
  • Establish and maintain employee personnel records
  • Ensure construction site compliance, health and safety, medical as per the local laws
  • Advise management on manpower utilization, turnover control, compensation, and other personnel matters
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Drive performance management system and ensure implementation of the system
  • Coordinate with finance team on the payroll information from all the centers/warehouse and ensure accuracy of the details and confidentiality
  • Coordinate training programs for employees, health & safety, technical and behavioral (as per the business needs)
  • Drive disciplinary culture and compliance as per the laws
  • Ensure exit process has been met, exit forms, exit interviews and timely information is provided to the payroll on the exit of the employee
  • Ensure harmonious culture in the organization
  • Ensuring statutory compliance with in the timelines set by respective authority
  • Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly reports
  • All the responsibilities to be carried out as per the local laws
  • Traveling to construction and project sites from time to time
