    REASON FOR LEAVING : STUDY FULL TIME
    RESPONSIBILITIES : responsible for driving of both equipment and staff to and from
    Allocated venue for the process of blood donation from various
    volunteer members. Function as a frontline staff receiving donors and
    assisting administrative responsibilities such as verification of donor
    details on the donor system, as well as checking all relevant medical
    and personal information.
    Medical responsibilities: ensure that all donors are attended to when
    the need arises in cases of any medical emergencies as a result of an
    adverse reaction to the process which will involve attending to the
    donor’s medical requirements within the prescribed perimeters.
    Other responsibilities: PSA Shop Stewart: during my last two years at
    the western province blood transfusion services, I was privileged to
    have been tasked with the responsibilities of a shop steward under
    the umbrella of the Public Servants Association of South Africa trade
    union. As a shop steward I was tasked with various responsibilities
    including staff representation in disciplinary hearings and mediation
    processes. Was involved in all bargaining processes between the
    employer and the employees (salary negotiations, conditions of
    employment etc).
    during this period underwent training including the Patterson Grading
    system with the organisation and assisted in the regrading of some
    positions within the organisation. Attended several intercectorial and branch meetings all for the purpose of trainning and strategising in the interest of the employees.

    RESPONSIBLITIES : Teachers’ aide responsibilities: functioned as an assistant to teachers
    from grade 3 to grade 7. These responsibilities covered all
    administrative responsibilities including the setting up and typing of
    worksheets and all work-related material for the learners. Whenever
    needed in instances where a teacher in not present due to
    unforeseen the respective responsibilities would then have to be
    undertaken and executed. Was responsible for arranging school
    outings and camps from transport to accommodation and food.
    Office assistant responsibilities: functioned as part of an
    Administrative working towards ensuring a smooth and above standard administration. Together we embarked on all administrative responsibilities inclusive of setting up typing and publication of Newsletters, school magazines etc. other responsibilities included the maintenance of all office equipment such as computers, printing machines etc as well as keeping inventory of all that is involved in an office surrounding.
    Aftercare assistant responsivities: ensured that all children attending aftercare are secured and provide activities through the day both academic and social activities. This involved physical activities such as sports, reading, board games school outings etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES : supervising a group of thirty staff members tasked to conduct pest
    control services in the Copperbelt province of Zambia and in some parts of the Congo DRC. This involved traveling in and out of Zambia visiting all houses with the aim of pest control particularly the mosquito linked to the spread of Malaria parasite.
