ACCOUNTANT

• Preparing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Administrative functions including supervision of support staff and procurements
• Assisting Program Manager in writing project proposals, budgeting and implementation
• Bank reconciliations and following up on bank issues
• Payroll preparation
• Filling ZRA and NAPSA monthly and annual returns
• Monthly follow up on journals and receivables
• Reporting to management on all financial matters of the Organization
• Ensuring timely capture, reporting and evaluation of financial data for decision making
• Perform Monitoring of departmental spending against budget through Variance Analysis, investigation and follow-
up on respective departments.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
• Ensure that fixed asset database is updated every time fixed assets are purchased.
• Ensure that office inventories are well managed.
• Ensure that fixed asset reconciliation is done on Quarterly basis and reports are compiled from clusters.
• Ensure that projects fixed assets are well managed within a cluster as well as inventories
