Manage trade payables,ensuring that all payments are processed in accordance with agreed terms and in compliance with internal approvals.
Reconciliation of supplier accounts, ensuring that the balances reflect the actual position.
Processing of statutory payments e.g. PAYE, VAT, WHT , ensuring that payments are done before the due dates.
Processing of staff payments e.g. business advance, loans, expense claims
Preparation of the monthly provisions schedule, ensuring that expenses are accrued in the correct month.
Preparation of the monthly amortization schedule.
Preparation of the monthly and quarterly priority accounts.
