Job Seeker (BA DS)

As a Quick-Mart officer/Store Head, my duties include the following:
•Ordering stock for the shop and maintaining stock levels.
•Ensuring that all the money is banked accurately and on time.
•Ensuring that the sales targets are met and reports are submitted on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•Ensuring there are no losses/shortages in the shop.
•Ensuring that the customers are satisfied and that the sales assistants are trained adequately.

As a Maintenance Clerk, my duties included the following:
•Cost estimation of construction and maintenance projects.
•Obtaining quotations for materials to be ordered and forwarding them to the Accounts Department.
•Sourcing suppliers for various materials required at the ZAMHATCH workshop.
•Other secretarial works such as filling in of workers overtime, issuing gate permits, typing, printing, scanning, (etc.)

As an intern, my duties included the following:
•Coordinating the village bank programme.
•Collecting data and monies from field offices and writing weekly reports.
•Banking monies from cooperatives, women groups and filling receipts.
•Attending council and district aids task force (D.A.T.F) meetings.
•Sensitizing in Fisenge, roan and Kafubu block in Luanshya district on the women empowerment programme.
