Zesco Training Centre (Ndola)

ZESCO LTD was incorporated in 1970 after which the training centre was then established in 1971. The main objectives of the centre were as follows: To equip untrained manpower with basic skills in OHL & CJ not offered in other institutions. Train craftsmen, who could later be upgraded to the levels of Technician, Technologist, and later to Degree level.

To train new people to take over from those skilled persons who left the Corporation through retirement, resignation, separation, or death. Train enough skilled manpower to man the expanding electricity industry To train technical staff to enable them to cope with new Technology.
