Fully paid max Gotv, but not all listed channels on max was showing, tried to sort for assistance online but nothing coming forth, tried to call to no avail.

Your customer service is pathetic to say the least.
It takes years to get a phone call answered, your self service facilities are non functional - the SMS facility does not work yet customers keep losing their monies...
You have so many Repeats except some news channels such that one can actually memorise all programmes on your menu...
I could actually write a book on what problems customers are facing but I request that you first deal with these few problems I have indicated above...

DStv is one of the best in broadcasting network in Africa but is now losing money and happiness from customers because wrestling is a sport most like by the poor not much of the rich like it. So if WWE channel was open on access package it will boost the viewing rates
