I use to love Parmalat products. But will not buy 1lt long life milk ever again!
so many of them are watery and full of clots, it is disgusting!! I am so disappointed in your product.

I used to love Parmalat Yogurt banana but got disappointed when yesterday I bought 3 tins of 1kg each from Shoprite at Novare Great North Mall and found something else inside and not the usual banana flavored yogurt. More sad is that they don't provide any contacts for complaints from customers.

In confidence I opened two sachets of your sour milk and they had hairs in it please do better next time I have shown the hair I found in the sour milk I like pamarlat products and I hope this is not a public review because I don’t want to discourage other customers.thank you

I have been using Parmalat long-life milk for many years and have always found it of a very high standard. However, this year I have noticed a distinct deterioration in the packaging of your product. As a previous reviewer wrote, not only does the pouring mechanism leak, but at times it seems the seal/fold at the bottom is also not working properly. When you start to pour it out, it makes a terrible mess and not to mention a waste of good milk all over my kitchen floor! Please have a look at the packaging machinery. Your packaging is letting your good product down, Parmalat!

Dear Parmalat

While I appreciate the quality of your products, please can the Management look at the sealed lid/ opening mechanism as several times, after opening the screw top, when pouring the milk, the milk leaks between the box and the plastic mechanism. This is frustrating and messy and may cause or deter a consumer from buying your product, simply because of the mess incurred from an imperfect seal with the cardboard box. Just a suggestion as there are other milk producers that a consumer can choose if packaging is inefficient. Thank you. Martin

I am not sure of my previous review went through so here it is again -
I was returning from Kariba with my family last week Friday. We were driving on the kafue road, our speed was 90kms. We had a parmalat truck on our left. The truck started turning into our lane, I beeped my horn but he kept on coming and we nearly hit the concrete barrier on our right. I suspected the driver must have been drunk to make such a bad decision whilst driving. He was carrying two other people in the cab with him. We then by chance were going the same direction. We reached the train tracks by Lilayi and there was a train crossing. I thought he may have come to apologise but he didn't. So, I went to his window and took a photo of him. He was initially very aggressive and tried to grab my phone.
I have been buying parmalat products for many years. It was a great shame that one of the embassadors to your company would nearly kill is then be so rude.
