CHAMBESHI WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION COMPANY

Chambeshi Water and Sewerage Company Limited, is the water Utility Company based in Northern and Muchinga Provinces of Zambia, incorporated on 10th April 2002 and started its operations in 2003 it is a water utility company regulated by NWASCO registered through the companies ACT – CAP 338 of the laws of Zambia as a private company limited by shares on 10th April 2002. The company operates under the legal framework as outlined by “The water supply and sanitation act No. 28 of 1997”

The company has been licensed by the National Water Supply and Sanitation Council (NWASCO) the regulator of the water supply and sanitation sector to provide urban and peri – urban water supply and sanitation services in the northern and Muchinga provinces of Zambia. and is in charge of providing Water and Sewerage services to the 12 districts. As a Company, we are the implementing Agency of the National Vision with regard to water and Sanitation in the Urban Towns of Muchinga and Northern Provinces.
